We're Going all Spanish this April! Here's our Tasting board inspired by the Gin drinkers of Spain!
1) SIDERIT Hibiscus Gin (43%vol)
A small batch gin made from rye and mineral water with the inclusuion of 12 botanicals which include juniper, coriander, bitter orange peel, pink pepper, cardamom and hibiscus flower. It is made with botanicals closely related to the mountains of northern Spain.
2) SANTAMANIA Reserve GIN (41%Vol)
This small batch gin uses 14 botanicals including coriander seeds, liquorice, lime, lemons, raspberry, spanish pistachio nuts and dry ginger. This gin has been aged in french oak for 3 months. smooth with well balanced botanicals.
3) SIDERIT London Dry Gin (43%vol)
A Spanish London Dry Gin made in very small batches (25 litres at a time). The 12 botanicals include coriander, cardamom, rock tea, angelica root, orange peel, almond and orris fruit.
